The Pritikin Diet Program  or pritikin diet plan was developed in the 1950s by Nathan Pritikin, who found that he was able to significantly improve his health by changing his dietary habits, Pritikin believed that we should keep our intake of salt, sugar, fats, and proteins to an absolute minimum for 4 day diet.
