According to the officer in charge of this, Kathryn Winkfein was speeding at 60 MPH in a construction zone. In an insane statement, local police says that this was the right course of action!
The old woman got out of the car, started screaming profanities and attacked a policeman. At that point, he simply tasered her and sent her to jail. To protect herself, 72 Year Old Woman has hired a lawyer. This of course sound like fake news, but well, this is all real. Isn’t tasered supposed to be used on dangerous people. Can’t a policeman simple control the situation without using a taser?
