Morgellons Disease
Morgellons Disease – Morgellons or Morgellons disease also Morgellons syndrome is mysterious skin disorder that was first described more than 300 years ago and the name given in 2002 by Mary Leitao.
More than 2,000 in 2006, reports of the Morgellons disease have been reported on the Foundation’s website. Reports come from all USA states and 15 nations, including Canada, California, Texas, Florida, and other country such as Australia and The Netherlands.
Morgellons Symptoms
Morgellons symptoms are frequently characterized as non-healing skin lesions associated with unusual structures that look like multi colored fiber like (filamentous) strands. Mutiply colors have been found (white, blue, black, red). In particular a burning or itching sensation as if small parasites are crawling on or under the skin.
