Miss Rhode Island - Miss Rhode Island Alysha Castonguay with topless photos have reportedly created a stir.
22 years old Alysha Castonguay is the reigning Miss Rhode Island USA 2009 and was previously Miss Rhode Island Teen USA 2002, placing as in the top ten at the Miss Teen USA 2002 pageant. She has also held the Miss Teen America 2003 and Miss Teen Galaxy 2005 titles.
Alysha Castonguay dropped her top for a Maxim magazine shoot and a few swimsuit calenders way before her competition, no controversy over the pics because they were all seen and approved by the Miss USA pageant officials.

I don’t understand why or how Miss california was in danger of loseing her crown because of her racey photos when Miss Rhode Islands pictures were MUCH worse. ??? Its not fare that Alysha was even able to compete in the pagent in the first place, I thought pagents were about being posstive role models. Sorry, do ur thing, BUT dont expect to take your top off let ur cheeks hang low and then want to be a role model. Doesnt work like that, she shoudlnt have been able to compete in the begining… period
